Who Are We?

The TrainBJJinRio team is made up of long-term residents of Rio de Janeiro. We are writers, photographers and film makers, and we are ALL jiu-jitsu practitioners. We’ve drawn upon our years of experience of everything this city has to offer to bring you this guide.

Our Mission
We believe everybody who practises BJJ should visit Rio to train jiu-jitsu at least once, and we want to help people achieve this dream by lifting the lid on what life (and jiu-jitsu) is really like here.

1. Understanding the basics:

Before you start using system bets, you need to have a good understanding of the basic principles of gambling or trading. This includes knowledge of the rules of the game, statistical indicators, probabilities, and factors that can affect the outcome.

2. Choosing the appropriate system:

There are many different systemic approaches, such as Martingale, Dalembert, Kelly and others. Check out this betting site - elephant bet moçambique. Each of them has its own strengths and weaknesses, and choosing the right one depends on your preferences, playing style and financial capabilities.

3. Bankroll Management:

One of the key aspects of system rates is bankroll management. This means determining the amount of money you are willing to risk in each trade or gaming session. No matter how good your strategy is, it's important not to risk more than you can afford to lose.

Our goal is to build a community of people made up of prospective visitors, people who have already been to Rio and even jiu-jitsu practitioners here right now!

By pooling our knowledge and creating a place where we can ask questions, share stories and advice and even arrange get-togethers and events, we can create the best possible environment for people from all over the world to come together to train BJJ in Rio.

Our newsletter will have regular tips and advice not featured on the site, so make sure to sign up for that today!
